The problem
A conversational experience had to connect AI responses, retrieved information, application APIs, and a live voice/avatar interface. The challenge was to make these parts behave as one interaction while keeping each component’s responsibility clear.
My role
I worked across the architecture and implementation. This was collaborative work; I did not write every component myself.

Inside the work
This was more than a model behind a chat window. The work brought together a conversational workflow, retrieval, application APIs, and a voice/avatar interface. Each part has a different job: the workflow organizes the interaction, retrieval supplies relevant material, and the interface handles the live exchange. My contribution crossed these boundaries, including the architecture and integration work needed to make them part of one experience. The project was collaborative, so this account describes the scope of my involvement rather than claiming sole authorship of each component.
